[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Meta-info for Icecast

Hi,

Some HTTP streaming servers (most notably Icecast) don't reply with "ICY 
200 OK" but with a standard "HTTP 200 OK", but still send icy-headers 
with metainfo. MPlayer ignored these. After this patch MPlayer treats 
everything that has a "icy-name" header as ICY, which means that Icecast 
meta-info will get parsed.
