[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] remove (redundant) dbg_printf declaration

Here is a patch to remove a (redundant) declaration of dbg_printf from
loader/wine/debugtools.h.  It also exists in loader/debug.h.  This also
gets rid of the following warning:

wine/debugtools.h:57: warning: useless type name in empty declaration

I'll apply after the weekend if I hear no objections.
