[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix segfault on afs demuxer (bugzilla #956)

Hi all,
 this patch fixes a segfault (read outside the p[] buffer) caused by
the sample provided in bugzilla #956.

It also add checks to all the reads from the p[] buffer.

If you have broken but playable asf/wmv files, please test if it works
or it's too picky.
