[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vobsub seek fix

Hello,

current vobsub seek code is broken with the 'seek and display current
subtitle' feature added in r25350. it also need be fixed to seek to
the first packet of packets having same pts values.

Here's patch for it.
