[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] select highest quality asf audio/video stream

For multistream asf/wmv files, demux_asf will pick the first audio/video 
stream it comes across for playback.  This can lead to selecting very 
poor quality streams, resulting in a very poor quality playback.

This patch changes asfheader to select the highest quality audio/video 
stream as the default.

I uploaded an example video "multistream_havest_moon.wmv" under 
MPlayer/incoming.
