[MPlayer-dev-eng] broken use of is_first in rtp.c

Hello,
is_first is a global scope variable that is initialized to 1 and later
set to 0 but never reset to 1.
This means that when playing multiple rtp streams with one MPlayer
instance the behaviour is different for the second time.
Not to mention that MPlayer allows things like
mplayer rtp://someurl -audiofile rtp://someurl2
where things like these break completely down.
Can someone please have a look at this?
