[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] continue play (dvd)

Hi All!

This patch allow continue play from last movie position.
Now allow only dvd stream.

Flags: -continue/-nocontinue
(default disable)

Store dvd stream info to ~.mplayer/cnt-dvd-[diskid].dat if user exit in 
mplayer.
Restore dvd title - only don't set title: 'dvd://' -, position, video, audio 
and subtitle from ~.mplayer/cnt-dvd-[diskid].dat if user open this dvd.
This patch don't restore postion if different DVD title.
