[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Refill the cache after demuxer opening

Hi all,

while on the matter of using "non streamable" format from the network,
I'd like to suggest this patch. It simply make mplayer wait for the
cache to fill again right before starting playback. This should help
with demuxer that invalidate the cache during init.

It could easily be made optional, or using a different fill level if
some fell that it is desirable.
