I think the point from Diego is about borderline systems (ie. k6, p2/3),
not such crazily overpowered systems. And yes those are still used, not
everybody has the money (or posibility) to get something better.

PS: Before anybody argue that using a k6 nowadays is backward, remeber
    that unlike the rich countries where most of us (the suscriber of
    this list) live, there is many place on this planet where IT
    equipement is hard to come by and _very_ expensive.
