[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Make mplayer become frontmost and focussed (keywindow) when switching apps on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

When compiling and running mplayer on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), mplayer will
not longer become the key window (front most and focussed) when switching to
mplayer via COMMAND+TAB.
This is annoying as you have to make extra clicks to send commands to
mplayer's window..

The attached patch will fix this, when switching from another app back to
MPlayer it will become the key window (front most, and focussed).

As far as I know this bug did not appear in Tiger. I have not tested if my
patch has any side effects on Tiger. (i dont see why it should).
