[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] OSD time offset

Hi all - my first patch so please bear with me if I'm doing something wrong.
I've been doing some work on DVB transport streams and the ones I'm
receiving are resulting in an OSD with the wrong time. To solve this without
digging into the transport stream itself I've added an option for supplying
an offset in seconds to the time being displayed.

We also use something called 26hr and 30hr time which is common in the TV
industry whereby the time being displayed goes from 02:00 to 26:00 and from
06:00 to 30:00 respectively. These aren't shifts - just ways of representing
the same time - so 25:00 is in fact 1:00am.

I've had a go at updating the doc's but I'm not sure if I've edited things
in the right place - if I am wrong and the patch is accepted then point me
in the right direction and I'll happily do the laborious bits.

cheers,

Gary
