Just a point why I don't like setting the backbuffer to the maximum
possible size (2k/2k or 4k/4k). We don't really need it. As I said -
we should keep the backbuffer as large as possible relative to the
current conditions. Yes, modern graphics cards have tons of memory,
but 4k/4k/32bit is 67MB RAM. Start 3 320x240 movies and you used 201MB
video memory. Let's not forget that this memory is used by Vista for
other purposes as well like caching and keeping contents of other
windows as well.
