[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] select tv channel like remote control

Hi All!

This patch implemeted select tv channel with index number.

Slave command:

tv_add_dec <[0..9],[-],[--],[-/--],[0..9]+,[0..9][0..9]>
Set channel number in channel list:
- : set 1 digit
-- : set 2 digit
-/-- : switch 1-2-1-2.. digit
0 .. 9 : add digit
0+ .. 9+ : add tens (example: 1+)

This patch add index of tv channel to OSD message.
