[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] w32_common screen saver handling

Video outs using w32_common don't disable globally the screen saver
when the video begins. The screen saver don't kick in when the video
is focused, but it does if some other window is in focus instead. This
patch disables the screen saver globally and restores it's status when
exiting. Please decide if this is the right action and if it is,
accept it. I made it for Vuze, because they don't disable the screen
saver themselves, but if you decide that the patch is useful, I post
it here as well.
