The '-scalelist' parameter with replace default scale factor list (200%, 300%, 
50%).
The patch watch scale and expand filters if these modified video size.
Support select scale factor in scale factor list.
Support select default or user defined scale factor list.
I add OSD message to cycle switch screen size.
