[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Allow compile with -DWIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN

Fixes compile up until GUID definition conflict. Is it acceptable to 
change the order of headers included to fix the GUID problem?

"playlist.patch" is a resend of "Fix implicit declaration of realloc, 
calloc and free for gui/win32/playlist.c", forgot the "[PATCH]" subject 
line.
