[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix dvdnav's dvdread compilation when using custom paths

it was recently reported that when using dvdnav's dvdread installed in a custom
path (such as ~/abc) dvdread's libraries and headers will not be found.
Attached patch fixes this issue.

If  there are no objections I'll commit this patch tomorrow
(or, if you prefer, I can add custom --flags to dvdnav-config
to make explicit the include and library paths).
