Hello,

the OSD currently shows only seconds (and minutes and hours) but does not  
show the fractional part of the pts. This is especially annoying when  
stepping through a video frame by frame while trying to set frame exact  
cut marks.

The attached patch does not change the default behaviour of mplayer, but  
allows to show the fractional part of pts either as fractional part or by  
an estimated frame count.
