[MPlayer-dev-eng] How to convert LATM packet to raw aac or ADTS aac

I receive the LATM packet whith aacplus data from network,but mplayer &
libfaad can not decode,the maillist of live555 say can deal with the
LATM,BUt I don't have the description of LATM format, Any suggestion will be
welcome!
