Looks okay to me, but it would be good if a few people could test, I'm
no good at testing + my main system is 64 bit.
Only one comment: It does not really matter here, but please avoid using
long unless you have a very good reason to do it (and windows headers
using LONG is not a good reason, LONG is always int).
