[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] af_scaletempo

User report: scaletempo now works as expected (does what scalepitch did 
for me in the last patch). The scaled audio quality is not perfect 
(tried side-by-side with the older patch - seems about the same) but I 
greatly prefer it to the chipmunk sound. Copes well with speedup and 
slowdown during playback, seeking, etc.
