the live555 doesn't clash with the native rtsp support but isn't exactly
meaningful letting it build.

btw libnemesi[1] support committed, soonish I'll provide a release for
it to test it right now just grab libnemesi (and netembryo) from git.

current features:
- supports h264 and mp3 quite well
- I must finish the vorbis and theora support quite soon
- aac will appear by the same time, more or less
- HD streams are working way better than live555
- there is an issue I can experience on BigEndian systems but I hadn't
fully tracked yet.
- the library is getting extensively documented[2] and cleaned, if you
want to help or you find something you think is annoying or wrong please
tell us on our mailing list[3]
