[MPlayer-dev-eng] MEncoder: libass support (patch)

Instead of hacking the rotting MEncoder it really should be scrapped and
either a new one created based on current MPlayer or they should be
unified. Yes I know nobody with the needed skill is motivated to do
it...

MEncoder does not have -correct-pts.
