I just quickly checked game formats and noticed the following issues and
regressions:

* http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/game-formats/idroq/
  used to work fine in rc1, now fails during colorspace negotiation.

* http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/game-formats/interplay-mve/
  just shows a black video, this worked before, ffplay is fine.

* http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/game-formats/idcin/
  is broken, some issue with swscaler, ffplay is fine.
