[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Setting gain control value feature.

Hi, All

I've just implemented setting of gain control for webcams (auto/manual)
as rzd user on IRC requested.

Two patches are attached.

tv_autogain_v4l2_2.diff - main code to commit (v4l2 support according
to API spec).

tv_autogain_v4l.diff - hack for enabling the same for Philips fmiliy of webcms.
I'm not sure can this one be commited or not (and what to do with
ioctl const definition).

If nobody will object i'll aply first (only) patch in two days.

P.S. please check speelling error in man page entries.
