[MPlayer-dev-eng] Spurious img_format.h breaks the build on linux (maybe also on other systems)

there are two img_format.h in mplayer tree, both are included
so the build stop and the compiler complains about incompatible
declarations,

./libmpcodecs/img_format.h
./img_format.h
