My git repository http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/~reimar/MPlayer.git/ now has
a branch with the driver. I did some cleanup and it should now work
better but is still far from being read for SVN (esp. since I probably
added other bugs in the process).
Patches to simplify/clean it up further to make it ready are welcome.
