[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Updated patch for PulseAudio

The current svn version of mplayer still tries to find PolypAudio, which 
has been deprecated and changed into PulseAudio.

This patch is the updated version of patch submitted by 
mzzcynlre at 0pointer.de (ref: 
http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/mplayer-dev-eng/2006-July/044630.html), 
which does not work with current SVN.

If pulseaudio is already supported (duh!) then it is not in anonymous 
svn. Sorry in that case.
