[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] teletext subtitle page

Hi All!

If the current teletext page is subtitle (ETS 300 706 Page 28 C6, bit 8) then 
the vo_update_text_teletext() don't draw background of spaces around subtitle 
text. If subtitle page empty is show only header.
