[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Decrease teletext page update frequency

Hi, All

Attached patch decreases teletext age rendering frequency from
1 per frame to 1 per 1/4 sec.

This will also decrease CPU load when teletext page is displayed (from
13% to 9% for my Athlon64 3000+).

If nobody will object i'll apply it tomorrow.
