What about showing page 'as is' in this case (wthout interactive time counter)?

With previous patch shown time had to be "02 SEP18:45:49"
Еhis "feature"  is the bug, IMHO.

Did you compare produced "display time" this TV programms?
Note that shown time is not your local time. It is local time of
network provider.

With attached patch behaviour for this channel will be equal to RTL
channel (no 8/30 packet).

P.S. what about showing time counter with inverted colors (e.g. black
on white) to separate it from page's original data?

P.P.S. attached patch also shows date with time offset correction
as was noticed by you in another mail. (date is shown just before
before  time, overwriting existing info at this place).
