I said 'inline' because Reimar said that, I thought that mean paste
patch content in the message directly. Probably the 'inline' you are
discussing is not this meaning. I notice in my Gmail web interface,
some of patches can be viewed in the browser by a direct link, other
of them can not and only can be downloaded. Maybe your 'inline' means
can be viewed directly in some mail client or web interface.
