I'm confused. Where exactly is this supposed to apply?

There is no Sources/ directory in the main MPlayer repository, and no .m
files there either. As far as I know the only other repository for which
patches go through these lists is the one with the Website in it, and
this is certainly not a Website-related type of file. At a glance, it
doesn't even quite seem to be written in C.

I would guess this to be a patch for MPlayer OSX, which I have always
understood to be a separate project, and certainly not hosted on the
same server much less in the same repository; I have never before seen a
patch to it submitted here. Have I missed something major, or is this
some kind of ongoing mistake?
