I'm not that much interested in mplayer demuxers. I prefer improving lavf
demuxer so that it get at least as good as mplayer one, so that we can
use lavf by default.
But, well, OK. I will try to maintain this one... Wait... It seems I'm
already marked as maintainer, along with Moritz ! I didn't even remembered
about that. So everything is fine.

Patch tested, and applied. (the last if-statement was in fact required)
