[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_macosx reinit crash fix

Hello,

As descripted in
http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/mplayer-dev-eng/2007-October/054301.html,
there's a vo_macosx deallocate bug will cause mplayer crash when
reinit vo_macosx sometimes.

Here's the fix which finally we found works.
