[MPlayer-dev-eng] newbee question 3gp thumbnail

Hi, i use one of the mplayer 32 builds on my server to get thumbnails from uploaded 3gp/mp4 videos and it works fine when server is not busy. But when server is busy it takes some time to generate thumbnail and my script doesntlike this. 

So iw as wondering if its possible to get/build very light version of mplayer with only 2 codecs mp4/3gp

or is there any one know such a build around?
