[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] make vobsub get displayed immediately after seek if available

Hello,

With current vobsub implement, after a seek, vobsub will not get
displayed if the current sub frame already started according to the
pts, even when it still not reach the end time.

This patch will fix this problem, make the vobsub get displayed
immediately after seek.
