Hello,

To fix all NSProxy warnings of vo_macosx, I set a protocol for it and
test whether remote object support the protocol.

FIrst patch is for vo_macosx.
Second is for MPlayer OS X.

Both patches must be applied to use the protocol feature. Tested on
Leopard PPC and Tiger Intel.

p.s., I know I haven't been around as long as most people here, I just really don't like it when good projects get weighted down with unnecessary bugs (Think of what happened to Open Office..)
