[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] os x carbon framework libmx

This patch tests for os x version level and sets
_ld_lm="-lmx" if the Carbon framework is linked to
from version 10.3.9 on.

This is required to remove about 700 duplicate symbol
warnings, as the Carbon framework automatically links
to libmx.dylib from 10.3.9 on (universal binary),
making all symbols in libm.dylib redundant.

This does not affect any build where the carbon
framework is not explicitly linked to.
