After bunch of times testes, without this patch, there's 1 of 10
chance to hang in current task when prepare open a new task to play,
gdb it found the mplayer blocked on the write flush call, that's the
pipe between MPlayer OS X and mplayer's stdout. But with this patch,
every time the reopening works fine, so this patch is still useful.
