[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] add PRId... defines to fast inttypes emulation

Hello,

Solaris 9 has no int_fastXY_t type in inttypes.h. MPlayer already
provides surrogate types, but some code needs PRIdFAST16 and
PRIdFAST32 to work. This patch provides them.
