Here the initial kludge.

What's missing:

- make the vo behave like a normal vo configure/build wise
- make the vo independent to the spu scaler/converter
- make the vo behave like the gl one

What should be done:

- move the scaler/converter to swscaler on a second time (pending
swscaler clenaup)
