Hmmm checkmate...SSE(3.2) or SSE(4) is surely not acceptable, and
3DNow!(3) is confusing. :-)

BTW: so far as I know I don't think SSE4a (just 4 instructions,
insertq, extrq, movntss and movntsd) will mean much to mplayer/ffmpeg
development. Intel's SSE4 is much more interesting.
