[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] add --disable-stripping configure option

in the spirit of ffmpeg, this adds a --disable-stripping option to
configure.  currently, stripping is only disabled when debug is
enabled, but since stripping is done via `install -s`, this breaks
things like cross-compiles as the strip that `install` calls is never
the right one.
