libdvdnavmini.dll can't possibly be built under Windows; libdvdnav
can. So a Windows user can either build a static libdvdmini.a, or
disable the internal dvdread. Can we backport changes in
mplayer/dvdread to libdvdnav/src/dvdread so that libdvdnav.dll isn't
inferior to libdvdmini+internal dvdread?
