They are. Have you seen coolers for the first prescott cpus? For
pentium-D cpus?  Such things are hardly needed now.

Google for EDAT. Of course, it probably won't be useful for desktop
systems.

No one said about twice speed. Hey, do you understand what "twice the
speed" means? There were only few processor models in history which were
overclocked to double rate, and mostly only under criogenic cooling..
