[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Do not block mplayer at rtsp eof

Hi!

Current svn hangs on eof when playing rtsp streams (from a server that
supports trick play). Attached patch fixes this issue by quitting after
no packet has arrived for three seconds.
