[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Convert "Resource temporarily unavailable" error into something more friendly

Greetings

While trying to dump a network stream today I met a strange error 
message:
nop_streaming_read error : Resource temporarily unavailable

recv() returned -1, and errno was EAGAIN. In stream/tcp.c the read 
timeout is set to 10 seconds, and the socket is set blocking. I propose 
"read timeout" instead.
