[MPlayer-dev-eng] compdata=dialog in ve_vfw.c needs CoInitialize()

I've added CoInitialize() as in vfw2menc, but it's still buggy
i.e. mencoder crashes after exiting from the dialog,
since CoInitialize() it's anyway needed to display config dialogs
(except for vp6vfw) I think it should be added or anyway
removed the whole dialog stuff. I really don't known if it links
to something on linux (need to see the loader).
It's always very difficult to debug mingw builds, I'll try to
make eclipse working with mingw gdb, but apparently vp7vfw.dll
seams to crash early when debugged, I think CoInitialize() should
be issued before loading the driver.
I'll post results of further investiogations.
