[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix inc_libavutil for CXXFLAGS

Hi Diego!

Every h264 over rtsp patch I can think of needs to include avcodec.h
which includes avutil.h. Atm, there is no path to avutil.h in CXXFLAGS.

Attached patch is one possibility to add this path, I'm happy with every
other solution.
